Remember back in the day when the Grape Worm was on top of it's game? I introduce
to you the "Muscadine Wine". The name came to me due to the awesome Home Made wine my daddy makes
using wild Muscadines. The colors resemble each other so instead of calling it a Grape Jig... You get
the picture.
To describe the Muscadine Wine Jig in the fewest words, I guess I would say it is Junebug on Steroids!
The colors I use for this is a Purple Skirt with Blue Flake along with a Blue Skirt with Blue Flake. You
won't be sorry that you tied one of these bad boys over a Junebug.
What sets my Jigs apart from any other jig on the market is the Rubber I use, the paint I use and the
hooks I use. Basically the entire Jig sets itself apart from any other Jig on the market.
It all starts with a Mustad Chemically Sharpened Hook, you won't be sharpening these hooks out of the box. They
are amazingly sharp. The Paint is Heat Treated Powder coated. I heat these Jigs to 450 degrees Farenheit prior to
applying the Powder and I then heat treat them at 250 degrees for 30 minutes afterwards. Go ahead, toss these
bad boys at docks and rocks all day, don't worry about the paint... It ain't chipping!
Finally the silicone skirt material I use is the top of the line. Not only is the material the best you will find,
it is also the most you will find. Where my competitors only use Two Bands of 22 Strand skirting material, I
use 3 Bands. What does this do you ask? It allows you to remove strands if you desire for a faster fall. I
honestly feel you will get more strikes on a Jig when it falls slower to the target area.
There are times when fishermen want a faster falling Jig and by me giving you more strands, I'm allowing you
to determine how fast you want your Jig to fall by simply removing x amount of strands.
